Marketing Materials

Agriculture Academy welcomes ambassadors from the entire United States and provides free access to our educational presentations to all. Our free marketing services are provided to ambassadors within MACA’s boundary states which include Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North and South Dakota, Ohio, and Wisconsin.

To assist all others we are providing our marketing materials free of charge. All you have to do is download, address and mail. Agriculture Academy will remain the clearinghouse for requests so you don’t need to worry about providing your name or contact information.

You must be a registered ambassador if you choose to use our marketing materials. Any requests near your city address will be forwarded to you.

A Few Simple Steps to Success:

  1. Recruit Schools
Identify elementary schools that you would like to visit in your area. Find schools using your local phone directly or google the internet for your local school district’s website. They will list all the schools and their mailing address. If you need assistance with finding the website, contact Agriculture Academy’s program coordinator below.
Color print one of the attached postcards designs onto letter-sized white cardstock. Choose the card design you prefer. Three are geared to fall and three are geared to spring. Each postcard contains the same program and contact information on the back.
Address to 4th-6th Grade Teachers at the identified schools.
    Place appropriate postage and mail.
  2. Teacher Requests
The requests for an ambassador will be handled through Agriculture Academy’s office. Once, the request has been received, the program coordinator will call or email you with the information.
  3. Contact Teacher
Once you have the teacher’s information contact as soon as possible to set a date and time that will work with both of your schedules.
  4. Activity Report
After your visit, please complete an ambassador activity report. This allows us to document the activity in your area.
  5. For additional orientation information visit our “How to get started” page or contact the program coordinator.
